Our story
We met in 2009 at Monsoon Accessorize in London, fresh out of university and ready to begin our buying careers at one of the UK’s most loved high street brands.

Fast forward to today, we bring 30+ years’ combined experience across 35+ product categories and retail channels spanning high street, luxury fashion, and even garden centres. Along the way, we both climbed the buying ladder to Head of Buying, all while staying close friends - sharing ideas, challenges, and plenty of “you’re not alone!” moments.

That journey inspired us to create a boutique retail consultancy: flexible, approachable, and built on real-world buying expertise.
Our goal
Using our insider knowledge, we support retail businesses to craft winning product strategies and secure listings, while helping retailers access the right products and build high-performing teams.
Most importantly, we help businesses grow in a sustainable and strategic way, ensuring long-term success rather than short-term fixes.
