During our initial 30-minute call, we will talk you through who we are and aim to get a better understanding of your business, both identifing your needs and how we can help. We will work through your goals and brand mission, and discuss whether you would benefit from the set package we currently offer or if you might need something more bespoke. What if I don't achieve what I set out to find out on this call?

We have over 30 years of combined knowledge in the industry and we will ensure that we guide you with recommendations and support. Don't forget our packages are unlimited if we dont think these fit your requirements we will make a tailor made package for you and email it through within 48 hours of the call

How can you help me to take this conversation further post this session if I don't want to enrol onto any package?

You will be chatting with two retail experts both with experience working for multiple different retailers, and we have a little black book of contacts that could be valuable to your business. Our mission is to help you succeed so if this call is offering advice and contacts thats a win in our book!

Do I need to know all the topics I want to discuss prior to the call?

Not at all, take our quick fire survey which will be emailed through to you prior to the call, this will give us that snippet of insight into you and will be enough for us to take the lead if you are struggling for some topics. We find that these calls can be an informal chat that can lead to us helping you find the problems and support you need.
